Fabric S.O.S.

Does anyone know the manufacturer for this fabric? Or how I can find it? It is called Pippa and the colorway is "copper" I'm told. (Looks more like "spice" to me). Fell in love with it 2 months ago for reupholstering the 2 small slipper chairs inherited from LondonHIM's grandmother. When I went in to pick it up from my favorite fabric store - the bolt was sold out and the store will only bring in another bolt if I will purchase 25 yards. I only need about 10 yards. Unfortunately they won't give out the name of the manufacturer to customers (!!#@*&#!). Any help here will be greatly appreciated!

I went online and saw that your are searching for this already! It looks really familiar to me. I looked at Kravet and Duralee and Robert Allan with no luck and i'm thinking it might just be Pindlar and Pindlar. But Robert Allan uses names like Pippa and they have Copper colorways - so I would call them Monday and see if they have a fabric named that that isn't in the computer. Or P&P - check them. Otherwise, I just don't know who else it might be! If it comes to me, I'll let you know. Getting it from Calico Corners? Ask them to call other stores to see if they have the fabric there. Sorry I couldn't be much help.

I believe the word you want is "dadburngaloots!"

I don't know it, but I hope you find the name.

Dear London Calling,
I love fabric - a genetic trait my sister (pve) and I share. And as you left a nice comment about my desk I made a qwik stab at finding your fabric - I have a similar story about a coppery brown fabric that was gone when I went back to our best Fabric store in Louisville KY- A. Baer's. I had no luck though the net is full of fabric finders but I feel your pain.
