I spy. Serendipity.

You never know what your going to find, especially when you didn't even know you were looking for it. This little sink is perfect for our tiny hall bathroom. Obviously, it will need to be re-enamelled. I know, I know. I said we weren't even going to think about that current bathroom until LAST. But I think this sink is just - Serendipity.

There is simply no choice. You must get it! Finding perfect items is not always "in sync" with our timeline.
It's wonderful!

That is absolutely fabulous! And you're right, when opportunities present themselves, you "gotta do what you gotta do"! :-)

Wow. Even if you just let it sit in your garage, that sink HAD to be bought. Perfect, just perfect!

I say to buy it too. Imagine the lovely little surprise your guests would get every time they walked into that bathroom.

(Are you still planning on coming next month?)

One thing I learned in the salvage biz... snap it up when you see it, or someone else with good taste will get it while you're dithering.

PD- Good advice! Made arrangements to pick it up next weekend this afternoon. But only after pulling some serious Nancy Drew manuevers to contact the vendor. Sooo much easier to buy it when you see it. Lesson learned ;)

I bought a little sink not unlike this one on the street in New York years ago - got it for $5! I had it enameled again and it was gorgeous!
